Details New support desk upgrade lost of all old tickets!

Dear clients,

Due to serious server issues for our support system, we did perform major upgrades and board maintenance on 20 October 2008. The support system has been renewed because the database was corrupted.

To our great regret have not managed to save the tickets. Please accept our deepest apologies for this major issue and inconveniences it might be causing you.

As of today 21 October 2008 the new support system is up and running. New tickets can be opened. Please accept our apologies for keeping you waiting for a reply. Tech support is overloaded hugely, hence there are such delays. Still the engineers do their best to process all requests ASAP, please be sure all the tickets will be given proper attention.

You will be contacted at the first opportunity. Your patience and understanding are appreciated very much.
